Jeff and Karen Kelsey have owned and operated Kelsey Service Agency, Inc, formerly Kelsey Tax Service, since its inception in the early ‘80’s. Jeff has been preparing taxes and doing bookkeeping for 40+ years. He and the staff have vast experience in personal, farm and small business returns including partnerships, and also prepare some smaller corporate and trust returns. They also prepare information reporting forms (1099’s, W2’s & transmittal), payroll and quarterly reports and sales and excise tax returns to name a few. Jeff is located at the Alpena office 5 days a week during tax season with evening and weekend appointments available on a limited, as needed, basis.
Jeff & Karen are especially thankful for their family and spend as much time as possible doing things with their kids and grandkids. When not in the office during the off season you’ll likely find him and Karen camping somewhere along the Missouri River or at a race track watching the World of Outlaw Sprint cars.
